August 12, 2010 - Grand Opening
As of August 12th, 2010 we are open for business! Our first few days were very busy, exciting for us, and overall very successful. We have an enthusiastic and friendly staff waiting to serve you. Just please bear with us as we work out some kinks on our way to running a really smooth operation.

4th of July has come and gone and we are busily preparing to open the restaurant ASAP! All of the interior construction is complete and it looks beautiful! Ovens, fridges, tables and chairs are in place. Now we just need the food and you! Pete is busy finalizing the menu offerings and greeting the many future customers who stop in daily in for a private tour and sneak-preview of the place! If you are in the neighborhood, come by and meet Pete and see what we are preparing for YOU! We are opening ASAP to bring you great food, pizza, salads, catering and more!

UNDER CONSTRUCTION!
